A great spot to escape the chaos of downtown Naples while still being close enough to venture into the city. The airport is nearby, so it can be noisy at times, but that didn’t bother us. Salvatore was a good host and very helpful in recommending nearby dining options. The indoor facilities had great character and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The outdoor area was charming to sit and enjoy on nice days, though a bit worn since it’s late in the season. I would highly recommend it. The location is off the beaten path, which was part of its charm, but a taxi had a hard time finding the exact address.

A dream accommodation right in the green outskirts of Naples – very quiet except for the planes, which you hear all around Naples because the airport sits in the city center. The host is extremely friendly, kind, and helpful; breakfast is delicious and can even be customized via WhatsApp the night before. There’s a private, gate‑locked parking lot right in front of the house, the nearest bus stop “Punto Rossi” and the C 63 bus to downtown Naples are just about 500 m away, so you can leave your car safely in the parking. A kilometer up the hill is a lovely little restaurant, and the rooms are clean and set in a country‑style décor… What more could you ask for? Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was wonderful! The owner/manager was very attentive, helpful, and communicated fabulously, offering many suggestions for places and restaurants to visit in Naples, especially the historic center. Villetta Capodimonte is a charming B&B/Hotel, and we also enjoyed the grounds and garden.

It fully delivers on what it promises; there is good support for water, coffee, soaps, etc.; clean and comfortable, with good service. Everything was fine.
