The night‑time staff at check‑in were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, but when I first accessed my room it didn't match what I had booked: I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull‑out couch for my 4 children, yet the initial room only had 2 queen beds; thanks to the night staff, the issue was quickly fixed and an empty room matching my booking was found before anyone else checked in.

They were great; I needed a room for my husband and dog while I had surgery, and being from Louisiana this was the best choice for us—there were plenty of dog exits not far from the room. I didn't dislike anything; 100 % satisfied.

The location was fine, but we had to swap rooms because the AC was extremely loud, the TV remote didn’t work, and a fire alarm blew at 1:45 am; the new night manager admitted she wasn’t trained on fire alarms, 911 took ages to arrive, and de‑activating the alarms dragged on.
