The staff were excellent and the room was nice with a great view.

The evening meal was excellent, especially the lasagne, and the location is quiet and in a great place.

The location is fine, but the bed is uncomfortable, there is no hot water in the sink, and the shower control is poor.

I stayed in the annex, which looked run down; the walls in my room were heavily marked and needed redecoration, and the TV signal was terrible.
