“良かった”
I walked easily to the sea and various shops, and the place was clean. The breakfast had a wide range of international dishes that never got boring, and they were tasty. Some staff spoke Japanese, so I got help when I needed it. The room had a small safe and a pot, and there were plenty of towels. There was a pool and a ping‑pong table, which was fun. I liked the wooden room key. The large windows let me see the city, let in a lot of light, and felt open. I was surprised by the body cream that came with the room; I didn’t bring any from Japan, so that was handy. At check‑in, I received a big, sweet cookie and got a taste of the overseas vibe. I could drop off my luggage before check‑in, which helped. I got an email if the room was cleaned earlier than my scheduled check‑in time; I had just finished a tour from Japan and was exhausted, so that was useful. The downside was that there was no shower curtain; the tub and toilet were separated only by a short glass. That’s common abroad, but I’m used to Japanese hotels and found it inconvenient. The floor in front of the toilet got slippery from soap and shower water, so I had to wipe it constantly.
