The place sits in a convenient spot and the staff were helpful, but the hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned and the rooms haven’t been refreshed in a while. I booked the same suite I usually stay in, and this time it looked worn. The water pressure was unreliable; it would shift from cold to scalding on its own, and I got burned a few times.
