The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we were trying to speak Spanish, they explained most things in English for us. They accommodated our request to check-in 30 minutes early and they arranged for a cab to take us to the airport the following morning. The morning breakfast in the courtyard was lovely, with coffee, fruit, eggs, meat and tortillas

O café da manha foi bom dentro dos padrões de café americano. Entendo que deve ter uma melhor atenção com a segurança dos hospedes quanto ao box do chuveiro. O piso é muito liso oferecendo risco de queda principalmente para pessoas idosas. Deveria ter ao menos um tapete de borracha antiderrapante e barras de segurança na parede

The hotel sits right in the city center, which is great. The coffee, though, could use some improvement; as a Colombian, I expected better quality.
