The grounds were stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful. These ladies went above and beyond, helping me find restaurants, book tours, and even spotting a sloth on the property. Nothing was missing—I’ll definitely return, giving it a 10.0/10.

The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds were lovely, earning a 10.0/10. The only downside was that breakfast could have been better.

Super friendly stuff, very helpful with organizing tours and great recommendations. Breakfast buffet is amazing and loved the complementary treats! Locationwise its also well placed - outside the city but with a great view on the volcano but still close enough to walk to the city center. Everything was great! Can not complain
