The beds were comfortable and check‑in/check‑out was easy. There was no spa, and two loud Russian men were harassing people on the lower floor. The TV didn’t work.

The room was large and parking was free. Guests are expected to clean up themselves, yet the shared areas were messy and untidy. Towels and sheets were not provided, the price was high, and breakfast was not included.

The communal kitchen was spacious but poorly maintained and cluttered. The kitchen’s cleanliness was lacking, and the coffee filter in the machine was moldy.

The rooms were large, the location and surroundings were good, and everything was available: parking, kitchen, comfortable beds. Maintenance was noticeably poor and cleaning was inadequate, especially since guests are supposed to do it themselves. The extra items that could be booked were broken or dirty, such as the tarp and the grime in the jacuzzi, but we hadn’t booked those.
