The Dimora is stunning, with a spacious room furnished in vintage style and a striking wrought‑iron bed. The view over the park is breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent, featuring homemade apple cake. The indoor tables were a bit limited for all rooms, but with proper scheduling it worked out; we opted to eat outside on the patio to avoid waiting, and even in mid‑October it was still very pleasant. It feels a bit odd to descend the stairs to reach the rooms, yet that’s part of the historic charm.

The place is very charming and the breakfast was great, with daily cleaning service. However, it needs a deep clean: there were over 20 spiders in corners and on the ceiling, some centipedes, hair on the bath faucet, and lint balls in corners. While a few spiders are normal for a rural setting, this level shows a lack of thorough cleaning. They might need more staff to meet demand and truly make this a luxury spot with its potential.

The experience was fantastic. The setting was sublime, a film‑worthy location, wonderful. The staff and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was superb, the room was clean, tidy, and spacious. It’s a place that gives unique emotions and sensations. Hooray for Monferrato! I liked everything.

The villa was historic and amazing, the host was kind and very helpful, the breakfast was superb and the garden breathtaking! I highly recommend it!
