Breakfast was fine, but dinner was disappointing.

Breakfast was okay. The air conditioning wasn't cold, and the hotel didn't fix it even after I reported it; there was no fridge either. I saw several rooms with fridges, so I asked the front desk why mine didn't have one, and they couldn't explain. While walking down the hallway, I saw a cockroach and killed it with one foot; I'm worried it might crawl into my room.

There’s an outdoor hot spring and a swimming pool; the kids loved it and it’s perfect for family trips.

The hotel sits just a few steps from an open‑air spa with hot spring water and a swimming pool overlooking the majestic mountains, exactly as shown in the photos. I was thrilled by the spa, enjoyed the breakfast, and liked the room equipment. Everything feels freshly furnished with wood and other natural materials, making it cozy and comfortable.
