The lady at the front desk was always in a good mood and super helpful. She made the whole check‑in feel easy.

We were charged for a room before we even got a room. No vacancy, no apology.

Breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly. The wardrobe was big, the bed comfy. But the street was noisy, the room stayed hot even with a big fan, TV options were thin, and the décor felt old.
