The food was good, but there were some issues with the room. They didn't specify the bed size when I booked, and when I got there, it was a queen size double bed. They upgraded me to a king size bed for an extra fee. Also, the age policy was confusing - the website says 13 is considered a child, but the hotel says 10 is an adult. It would be helpful if they could clarify some things before you book.

The staff were really friendly and the food was good, but the room could have used some extra toiletries - just handwash was available.

The bed was really comfy, room was clean, and the shower was nice and hot - all good! Staff were super helpful with anything we needed.
