The room was really spacious, but the bathroom's dehumidifier didn't work well and there was a musty smell; the tatami area could use better hygiene because there were hair left by previous guests, which was not very clean. Other aspects were fine.

The owner was very nice, kept four parrots that were super cute 😍, and when we checked out she gave us a scented sachet as a surprise.

The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly, but after staying two nights the breakfast felt rather limited with few choices, and the wooden furniture in the décor looked worn and the paint was peeling badly, which could probably be refreshed.
