“Please offer the breakfast earlier”
I liked the hotel’s style, the personal services, the location, and our room #8. We noticed smoke in our room, which might have been from the other room, since the apartments are in a different part of the building and our room is farther away.
All the staff were very helpful. We arrived after the usual check‑in time and they waited patiently. Yasmin and João helped us with the delayed luggage. We’re very grateful!
“Fabulous hotel in beautiful part of Amsterdam”
A warm welcome from Martin made our stay in this charming old Amsterdam townhouse feel special; the room was roomy with a comfortable bed, a decent bathroom, and a coffee machine. The location was superb, just a short walk from Anne Frank’s house and within a lovely part of Amsterdam, and breakfast was excellent—plus the hotel is only a 15‑minute walk to the station. The only downside was the steep stairs, but we knew about that beforehand and Martin kindly offered to help with our luggage.
“Der Aufenthalt im t-hotel ist nur weiter zu empfehlen”
The breakfast was very good and the location excellent.
“This is a FABULOUS boutique hotel in a great location and on a quiet canal - Charming!”
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, kindly, and taken care of right away. This is a truly charming boutique hotel in a fantastic spot on a quiet canal. The rooms are spotless, the downstairs café is great, and breakfast every morning is fantastic. The décor in the rooms is bright and cheerful. The people running the hotel are all wonderful and friendly, and they want you to have a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Amsterdam! The only downside was the extremely steep and narrow staircases to reach the upper floors. It worked for us, but it might be hard for anyone with knee problems or who can’t handle many steps. Just something to keep in mind. They helped us with our suitcases, which was so helpful, and we didn’t mind the climb to the 3rd floor room. Many Amsterdam hotels have similar stairs because of the narrow buildings.
