The location is great, and the breakfast is decent and of good quality. The shower mixer is falling apart, and there are no silicone seals on the shower door, so all the water leaks out. It’s a minor issue, but it really ruins the shower experience, and the foot towel on the floor doesn’t help.

The spot is superb, the breakfast had a huge variety, and the parking is about a 12‑minute walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The furnishings look a bit worn, not the antique charm promised. There was almost finger‑thick dust under the bed, and a drawer in the wardrobe was broken. Room 8.
