The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ayman, Mr. Walid, Mr. Sameh, Mrs. Caloline at reception, and Mr. Bilal & Mr. Arbab from the team. Nothing to add.

Great hotel, not our first visit, everything was very enjoyable. Attentive staff, excellent breakfast and dinner, a beautiful beach, and a comfortable, convenient room.

The location is good, but the rooms look old and none of the services can be requested by phone; breakfast lacks a good variety of food.

Good breakfast nice pools and good location. Hotel is older and showing wear and needs to be updated to truly be 5 star
