Nestled in the Spreewald Nature Reserve, Gasthof zum Slawen offers spacious non‑smoking rooms with flat‑screen TVs and garden views. A large garden hosts BBQs and seating, while canoe, bicycle, and car hire cater to adventurers. Traditional restaurant serves hearty breakfasts and regional dishes, often enjoyed in the courtyard. Nearby Bischdorfer See, Lübbenau’s castle, Berlin, and Raddusch station are easily reachable.

Really very friendly staff. They also fulfill small special requests. The breakfast buffet was very clear. Kitchen closed at 19.30 h. That’s a bit early… It’s a bit off the beaten path. More suited for the summer months.

Warm welcome from the staff, good breakfast… will definitely come back again. No complaints on our side.

Breakfast was fine even though the coffee was a bit weak. Over the 7 days of my stay, no bed was made, no bathroom cleaned, no floor vacuumed, and no towel change was done.

The location and surroundings were great, but the shopping options were lacking; overall it was a very relaxed experience.
