All the facilities were good, but the Q was not at the beach.

Some waiters were helpful, but the hotel has no elevator and we were sent up to the fourth floor; when we requested a room change the night receptionist got annoyed and told us to come back the next day at 8 am to see if anything was available. We didn’t go, and overall the service was poor except for a few restaurant staff; the room clearly needs remodeling.

The service was good, but the location is not ideal.

The place was great, very pleasant—thanks a lot. The only downside was walking to the beach, haha.
