It was quite good but it was too noisy. The split system was dirty.

Honestly, nothing. The room wasn’t cleaned, the hot tap was broken and the shower wall fell off, the drains didn’t work, the bathroom floor drain was clogged with someone’s hair and toilet paper, there were writing and drawings on the wall, splatters of something I don’t even want to name all over the walls, and the balcony door wouldn’t open at all.
