I had a comfortable stay. The administrator was pleasant, and we were grateful for the opportunity to leave early at 5 am.

I liked the convenient location near the Cancer Institute; the description didn’t mention it, but for anyone who needs that facility, the accommodation fits perfectly within walking distance. The Wi‑Fi was fairly fast and the administrator was pleasant. The courtyard was quiet and a bomb shelter was within 100 m. On the downside, there were no photos of the room I would be staying in—only a photo of the largest room—so I ended up in a 10–12 m² space. A smelly neighbor named Plushkin turned my stay into an “aromatic” hell. I don’t understand why they keep such people.

The staff were friendly, the treatment was good, the atmosphere was clean and quiet, and all the conditions for comfortable lodging were present; the bedding was clean and the mattresses were good.
