The location and garden were beautiful, but I wish the staff had been more careful; they opened my room’s door while it was locked, let me in without knocking or asking for permission via the cleaning crew’s key, and when I raised the issue on the booking platform, they were unresponsive and simply said, “We apologize, what do you want?” The stay was completely lacking privacy.

The resort sits in the high Arakayi area, surrounded by greenery, with the sound of running water, perfect for a two‑ or three‑day family stay away from Trabzon’s bustle; bring games and family activities for extra fun and memories. The dining room is beautiful, each dish better than the last, and it stays open until 11 pm; you can order to the villa, don’t miss the juicy beef barbecue. Laundry is free, and there are children’s games on site. Unfortunately, I arrived to find the atmosphere hot and humid, and on the last day it was rainy and cloudy— I imagined it would be colder at the start of winter or spring, but it was never summer.
