The location was convenient, the room was nice and comfortable. However, when I arrived to check in there was an extra parking fee of 20$, and nothing in the booking mentioned any extra charges. I would not stay there again because of the surprise/hidden fees.

The staff are very welcoming and ready to help whenever you need something, but the lighting could be better and more strategically placed; it’s quite dark there, especially for us older folks.

The place is in a good spot, yet it needs updating—there were cracks in the bathroom tile, the carpet was old, a sheet had a small hole, and the iron left a burn mark on a shirt; we found that the iron itself needed cleaning.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.
