Bed of Roses

The house is spacious, very beautiful, well divided and sound‑proofed; the location is excellent; Renè was always available and kind; the rooms have the right amount of space, separate bathroom and shower; there were also coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar and tea, probably left by previous guests; the upper floor is warmer than the lower, and if you need, there are small heaters; a stay of 10 and praise.

“Pleasant and central.”

The place was light, clean and in a central spot, but the advertised breakfast was missing even after showing the host the ad, and it was pricey for no breakfast. The rooms were small, with minimal cupboard space and a tiny steep staircase.

The accommodation was beautiful and clean, well‑located, with comfortable beds and all the essentials present. The host was very kind and pleasant. The only downside was the lack of pressure in the shower.

Good location with many shops nearby and a tram stop just a few stops away from Leidseplein. The house was clean and equipped with what you need, the beds were comfortable and the garden was much appreciated (two friendly cats came to visit us 🥰). René and Wilma were very kind hosts, let us leave our luggage before check‑in and, knowing it was my husband’s birthday, gave us a great bottle of wine! Wilma speaks excellent Italian! We will gladly return! Nothing bad, everything was fine!

“Would definately recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam, short tram ride to Centrall”

Enough room for two couples, the host René was lovely and gave us loads of information about the area and what to see and do. Close to transport. Happy with everything.
