Francisco at the front desk, Alberto the bartender, and the woman who works with him were amazing. The young girl who waited on us and served breakfast was not very friendly, didn’t smile, and didn’t try to engage with us even though we tried hard to communicate in Spanish. The breakfast was definitely not great—it was barely warm, the beans were over‑skinned, and the rest of the breakfast was just lukewarm, so I probably won’t eat breakfast there again.

Francisco at the front desk was very attentive and professionally kind. The weather was unusually hot and the ceiling fans didn’t cut it, but we still enjoyed the wonderful ocean breeze and beautiful views.

The spot is spot on, and the rooms and resort look gorgeous; I got to chill out a lot, especially from the ocean‑view balcony that was amazing. The team was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the pool and jacuzzi were solid – I’ll definitely hit those again. On the downside, the bed was too high and too soft, there’s no elevator to the 5th floor, and the resort has no restaurants.
