After initial trouble locating our booking, the hotel was very accommodating and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, and of good quality, and the pool was clean and relaxing. We ordered room service almost every evening, sometimes late, and the food was always delivered reliably and was very good. Unfortunately, throughout our stay we felt something in the bed or on the upholstered furniture caused skin irritation, leading to itching in both the bed and the sofa, which diminished our comfort.

The breakfast was good, the free shuttle to the beach or the shopping centre was convenient, and the pool was nice. The terrace lacked a small table and chairs.

飛行機が遅延してチェックインが25時過ぎになってしまったが、快く受け入れてくれた。ヌサドゥアビーチ、バリコレクションも徒歩15-20分ほどと散歩には丁度いい(送迎バスもある)。部屋はドライヤー、シャワー、クーラーどれも素晴らしい性能で、ユニバーサルコンセントもあり日本のコンセントもそのまま使える。朝食のバイキングはバリ(インドネシア)伝統料理からオーソドックスなもので豊富にあり、大満足なメニューだった。. ほとんどない。強いて言えば、枕元にコンセントが欲しかったくらい。
