The location is right in the city centre, in a nicer part of the city; it’s less than 10 minutes on foot to the Duomo and the sea, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants; the rooms are comfortable, spacious and spotless! In the morning and evening there’s heavy traffic during school in/out, but otherwise there are no traffic complaints; the street is quiet and you don’t hear anything from it.

The place was organized superbly, spotless, helpful, and in a great location, plus tasteful extras like a fridge, kettle, and dishes. Thanks and highly recommend :)

The owner was very helpful but a bit hard to locate; bigger signage would help. Everything else was fine.
