The location is great and the building is beautiful, with a terrace offering a stunning view. Breakfast is good, rooms are nice with a comfortable bed, everything is very clean, and the staff are very kind. However, we had no hot water in our room, so we couldn’t shower after a long travel day, which is disappointing given the room rate; the front‑desk man was lovely but the riad was clearly understaffed, almost a one‑man operation. We couldn’t find anyone to order tea in the evening even though it was early, and in the morning the same single gentleman had to run the breakfast service despite the hotel being full. We travelled in October, which might explain the staffing issue.

The decor is nice and breakfast is excellent; getting to the medina is easy and there are many restaurants nearby. The rooms spread over three levels, so people with mobility issues might find that a problem.

The Riad's location was great. I liked that the staff was kind and friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and they offered us an upgrade without any cost because they had availability. We really appreciate when they want to make your stay the best it can be. At the beginning we saw too many stairs but the staff supported us with the luggage all time. It was great. So, no complaints at all

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Nila; the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the rooftop view was amazing. The food was delicious and the hammam was relaxing, making the experience even more special. Highly recommended!
