The hotel sits on a mountain among apple orchards with views of the mountains and valley. The staff were very polite and attentive. Breakfast options varied. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. A cake was given at check‑out! The hallway and corridors smelled unpleasant, and the spa towels were worn out.

The resort’s location is perfect for exploring the Merano area while staying away from the bustle.

The room was great with a huge view of the mountains, the food was fantastic and every day a treat, the spa area was superbly decorated with love and perfect for relaxing, and the quiet location made it an ideal starting point to discover other places.
