The host is very available and the cleanliness is superb. Nothing to add.

The room is small but cozy. The cleanliness was somewhat poor; I found tiny spiders near the bed and a larger one in the bathroom corner, which I find unacceptable.

The renovated room is nice, and the bathroom is large. It’s very clean and the landlord is friendly. Having chairs on the balcony would have been nice.
