The hotel was close to the Gülhane stop, convenient location, and the room was clean.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, close to the metro and tram, the breakfast was full, and Edip, the manager, was very kind to us. We were assigned the topmost room, and to reach it we had to climb stairs from the 5th floor after the elevator; there was insufficient lighting in those stairs.

The spot was great, and the breakfast was solid, but the room felt cramped, the mattresses were dirty, and the bathroom looked neglected. The room cleaning left a lot to be desired.
