“Atendimento ruim na recepção”

The hotel offers excellent value, very good service, relatively clean, normal breakfast, nothing extra or lacking, everything was fine. I have to mention the check‑in: a foreign staff member was very confused when we arrived and said that the two rooms I booked (one for my two kids and one for my wife and me) were both with single beds, which was disappointing because we had agreed on one double bed. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, he simply asked if we wanted to keep the reservation or not, even though we had no other option in the city, and he was completely rude to us. In the end we ended up with the two rooms he claimed had single beds, but one of them actually had a double bed! He was not only rude but also uninformed.

The location was perfect for my needs, with a small lake for running behind the hotel. It’s almost always crowded; it’s hard to get a room at the last minute.

“Recomendo!”

The location is very good, in a privileged spot in the city, and it seems to be the best hotel in town. The lake view was a highlight. I recommend it. The breakfast is decent but a bit lacking.
