The pousada is a marvel, perfectly located close to everything and very quiet; we were welcomed warmly with a generous breakfast in the morning, and I’m sure I’ll stay here again when I return to Jericoacoara. Everything was perfect.

It’s one of those places you hardly forget! The property sits in a quiet part of downtown Jeri, 5 min on foot from the beach and all the restaurants and shops. For us it was perfect, simple yet authentic as a pousada should be. The room was cleaned daily. The added value was the welcome from Maurizio and his wife, the owners, who prepared the best breakfast we’ve had in Brazil whenever we wanted: fresh bread, cakes and fruit juice every morning of a different variety, eggs, fresh fruit. Maurizio advised and helped us book excursions, and his wife hand‑sews typical Brazilian bikinis at lower prices than those found in the city center; so stop by his shop before buying elsewhere if you’re looking for them. You truly feel at home. I’ll definitely come back! Everything was perfect.

Owners Mauricio and Sueli were very helpful and friendly, and their Yorkshire dog added a warm touch at reception. The shower was good, the bed comfortable, a hammock on the balcony, and the breakfast was exceptional! There’s a small shop nearby for basic groceries. The pillow was too high and a bit hard, which is subjective. The Wi‑Fi signal was unstable, but it seems to affect the whole town. A nearby church sometimes produces loud noise on certain nights.
