The pools, the villa, the breakfast, and the location were great. Nothing negative.

The rooms were fantastic. The service was bad. The breakfast buffet was poor: the utensils and food kept running out. There were queues to get a table and there was little variety and quantity.

The location was good and the staff stayed friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The noise was extreme, the beds were bad, the cleanliness was lacking, there was a fight among the staff, and the coffee machine was often out of order.

There isn’t much to praise; it’s far from five‑star and the apartments look very dated and neglected. I asked twice about a gym – they said yes – but the only machine was broken, leaving only a few dumbbells. Breakfast was understaffed, sometimes just two people serving fifty tables. The corridors leading to the pool were filthy and dark, hardly what I’d expect from a five‑star property.
