The spot is incredible… right behind Piazza San Marco.

The building is brand‑new and spotless, and the beds are very comfortable.

The location was great and the staff were lovely, but there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels and no railing on the steep stairwell; a light at the bottom of the stairs inside the entrance would also help. These problems might be due to the hotel being brand new, but the missing railing is a serious safety concern.

Everything was perfect… in a great location, everything nearby. The room was newly renovated, everything is new.
