The hotel sits right next to the SKA mall, making it easy to find everything we needed. Service was excellent and the staff friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but the TV remote and corridor mirror need replacement. Parking was difficult to find upon arrival because the lot was already full.

I’d like a cozier spot for night and evening chill‑outs, like a music and wine corner. It’s frustrating that customers have to pay an entry fee for the grab driver to pick them up at the lobby; all pickup drivers should receive a 15‑minute grace period for free.
