Everything was fine, we also received tickets for the queue. We had two locations: one hotel Anna, another in Sky Tower, a pool in Sky Tower, breakfast at a Vietnamese restaurant, the hotel provided a taxi in the price. I recommend this town and the Sky 30‑floor hotel; super view of artificial fireworks and free shows.

I stayed at a hotel that actually has two locations: one is a three‑storey building in the city, the other is a 20‑storey tower with a rooftop pool and amazing views. The tickets for the cable car and breakfast (more like lunch) were included, and they even arranged a taxi pick‑up and drop‑off for us. I paid in cash in Vietnamese currency, and there was no deposit. The receptionist had a translator on his phone, which made communication a bit awkward, but it was fine. A little more friendliness and a relaxed vibe would have been nice, but there’s nothing to complain about. The only downside was that we were split between the two hotels.

The location was good, and they even offered free cable‑car tickets. The room was only average in cleanliness, and staying next to the driveway caused some minor noise. To get the cable‑car tickets you had to check in before 3:30 pm, and on the day of the ride you couldn’t use a card—cash was the only option, which ended up costing a bit more at the exchange rate.

The entrance and the path to the room look nice, and you can see the fireworks clearly from the rooftop. I booked from 28/5 to 29/5 and stayed just one night. When we checked in on 28/5, the staff told us the Hon Thom Cable Car tickets could only be issued at check‑out on 29/5. We had planned to go on the cable car right after checking in on 28/5. I asked the staff to issue the tickets on 28/5 because we had an early flight to Da Nang on 29/5, but they refused. This rule was never mentioned on the booking page, and if it had been, we would have arranged differently. Because of this, our itinerary was messed up and we couldn’t use the included benefit. I hope you’ll review this issue and offer a fair resolution.
