Season Star Hotel Madinah

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, and the room service was excellent. The hotel staff were helpful, and everything was well organised. The shuttle service to Al Haram was always punctual, both for pick-up and drop-off, which made travelling very convenient. It would be great if the breakfast area could offer a coffee machine with freshly brewed coffee and karak chai. Having these options available would make the breakfast experience even better. The only other drawback was that the shuttle service to Al Haram operated only until 9 pm. Extending the shuttle hours would be very helpful for guests

“Over all , everything was good.”

Rooms are large and clean. Very friendly staff. There a buss to Haram. Breakfast is vey limitted. They need to add more options. More types of food

“Overall, it is a good place. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and include good breakfast.”

The location is far from Haram, but we were aware about it and chose to stay at this place because of their good shuttle service. The breakfast was good as usual. The staff was helpful. Their cafeteria was not staffed most of the time. We were not getting a response to our calls. Later, we came to know that they have hired a person for the cafe whose duty starts at 2 pm
