The place is great, but the customer service was definitely the best part. Laura and Meli deliver top‑level care: empathetic, efficient, and super attentive to every detail throughout the stay, making you feel at home from the start. Everything was excellent.

It was very quiet and very safe. Laura is very friendly; you feel like part of the family. Very peaceful and safe.
