Nice location: the wildlife park is great for kids and the playground is a hit; there’s also a climbing park we didn’t try. Breakfast was excellent, dinner at the restaurant was good, and the rooms and overall hotel are very pretty—we loved the interior a lot. The orange lights in the car park bother us a bit in the evening, but closing the curtains helps. The nightlight could be warmer—it’s quite blue. The music in the entrance area feels a bit hectic for us; a calmer vibe, especially at night, would improve the experience.

A lovely, well‑appointed hotel in a very quiet location with a great deer park nearby. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing at all.

The hotel looked lovely and had a touch of “Alps” in Rhineland-Palatinate; the facilities, breakfast, restaurant, and staff were all excellent, so we’ll definitely return.

I stayed in a well-equipped room right next to the wildlife park, and it was spotless, but the wooden beam ceiling made it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot, and at night the balcony furniture was moved around and cigarette smoke drifted into the room, which was disrespectful to other guests.
