The staff were friendly. The hot‑tub water was very dark and dirty, and the slide’s bottom was broken, which could cause injury. My room was very dusty with lots of dead bugs and ladybugs on the windowsill and the air conditioner.

The location was excellent, very comfortable, and the staff was awesome. The pool was unavailable, which was very disappointing.

The night‑shift front desk lady was helpful. The toilet was covered in pee when we arrived and there was a dead spider on the bathroom floor, clearly not cleaned. I told the front desk guy he didn’t do anything, so the night‑shift lady had to clean it.
