The food and the hot spring were both wonderful. The view met expectations and I was satisfied. The concierge’s service during dinner was excellent, and thanks to that we had a great time. My wife said she wanted a little more lighting in the powder room.

A hotel that is good in every way is rare, but this one was very good. I want to go again. There were no particular issues.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Everything was exceptional, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. They thought of every little thing and provided so many thoughtful amenities in the room. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Both the check-in and check-out experiences were outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. A truly wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommended!. Everything

Personal and local location. The food was bad.

I was blown away by the kaiseki dinner, but the western breakfast left a lot to be desired.
