The balcony view, lake access, and location are great. The hotel feels a bit dated – old furniture, no AC, no mini‑fridge – and the breakfast isn’t fresh; the tomatoes were old and some were moldy, though the cereal was decent. The staff were friendly, but most guests are retirees who smoke and bring dogs.

The restaurant staff were quick and friendly, which was a nice touch. But the front desk was a nightmare – the lady who saw us just ignored us, and after a 10‑minute wait and a few back‑and‑forth with other staff, we finally got the key. The place looks like it needs a facelift, and the double room’s terrace only had one chair.
