“Uma boa experiência!”
The staff were kind and efficient, and the breakfast was good. I found the room too small.

The location, room, shower, and breakfast were all good. The room was clean, but the space under the bed wasn’t. The lighting in the room could have been better.

Everything was fine, but the air conditioner blows air down onto the bed instead of up. They should flip the fan direction. The night was miserable because of this.

The staff were helpful, but the hotel doesn’t provide good internet. We’ve filed several complaints; today we work with accessibility and it’s unacceptable not to have a decent network—worse than dial‑up from the 2000s.
