Location was great right near a tram stop, which are amazingly cheap compared to Uk. Lovely big room and lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave. Nothing to fault

Etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern, aber gute Anbindung mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück, große Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Straßenbahn und die üblichen Straßengeräusche

The location was great and the breakfast was fine, but the staff at the breakfast hall were not alert; items ran out and when we asked for more they were annoyed.

The place is in a good spot, but the check‑in was a nightmare – I had arranged a smooth arrival beforehand, yet the hotel didn’t answer the phone and forced me into a long text exchange that still gave wrong details; when I got there the hotel was closed and the phone stayed unanswered for 5 minutes.
