“Parfait”

I was in a great spot, super quiet, and the view of Puno was amazing, plus the breakfast was tiny but still good.

“Good value for money. Plumbing is a bit off”

The staff were very friendly and the price was good, but the toilets kept breaking and they wouldn’t flush.

“Easy location from bus station and hospitable staff”

I really liked how the staff helped me find an express laundry, they were always cheerful and welcoming, and the rooms were cozy for the area. We only ate breakfast once because of our schedule.

The place is in a good location.

The location was great, the rooms and facilities were solid, the breakfast was wonderful and the dining room had a nice view, and the staff in the dining room were helpful. The staff were friendly but not organized and sometimes didn’t know much—there were no operating systems set up. When we checked out they didn’t ask us to pay and only called our taxi after the fact. We definitely wanted to pay, but it’s the staff’s job to give the bill when you check out.
