“Prima hotel”

The staff were very pleasant, especially at breakfast where the spread was generous and constantly restocked. The air‑conditioning in room Lekkere bedden worked well, though it did make some noise. The bed itself was comfortable, and the room was only a 10‑minute walk from Como Camerlata station. Parking was available right outside the door. The room had no windows, just a small roof‑window that let in no light, and in the evening the lift noises could be heard.

Everything was fine, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The hotel offers a parking spot right outside the door, which is convenient, but the room had no window—unacceptable for a €160 rate, even for an eco‑room. Towels were tucked into a pocket next to the safe instead of being placed in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent, yet the dining area was tucked in a dark corner with too few windows, which kept me from rating it higher. The corridors were noisy at night with loud shouting from many workers, and the walls are very thin. When we tried to call because we were stuck in traffic and couldn’t make the 22:00 checkout, we spent two separate 25‑minute waits on hold before hanging up, then sent an email that apparently has not been read yet.

The air‑conditioning was pleasant and kept the room cool for a good rest. The place was very quiet and the breakfast was good.
