The staff were very kind and helpful, even arranging activities for us in Cancun, and the location was great because it was close to everything we needed during our stay. There was nothing else to mention.

The place was clean and had a nice setting, but the buffet left something to be desired.

The buffet had decent dishes, the garden and pools were beautiful, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the sea at the hotel’s beach was not suitable for swimming because of seaweed and the close proximity to the port; water seeped into our room even though the windows were closed when it rained, and overall the hotel could be described as average, around three stars.

Nighttime activities were entertaining for the whole family, the beach was clean, and the breakfast staff—especially Juana, who made the eggs, and Gerardo, who cooked fantastic burgers—were very friendly. The facilities need some maintenance; the sun‑bathing chairs had cushions that got wet in the rain and no one removed or replaced them.
