The apartment is near the city center, so convenient for visiting the town… for a couple of nights as a final stop it’s workable. The apartment is in a basement, so the view from the windows isn’t great. The bathroom is separate from the room, so you have to go through the kitchen which is shared with other guests’ rooms. Humidity is present, but since it’s summer it felt minor. The portable air‑conditioner is too noisy!

The only thing is that you can walk from here to the city center. Basement room, stuffy, cramped, there’s a mobile AC that’s terrible and loud, so you have to turn it off at night, then it’s warm. The bathroom is outside the room, but at least there’s a small kitchen. The bed is weak. The host doesn’t speak English or any other language, and the check‑in was very awkward because she wouldn’t let us into the stairwell.

The only positive thing is the location, 5 minutes on foot from the aquarium. The apartment is a basement, damp, moldy, the window in the upstairs room faces a wolf’s mouth. The kitchen is dark and the bathroom window looks out onto a dark inner alley. The mentioned air‑conditioner is a noisy penguin, and if you turn it off you can’t sleep because it’s too hot; I’m not sure if the manager or owner was almost annoyed when I called to ask how to enter the apartment.
