I took a group to Lavender for the first time and every guest was satisfied; there was nothing we disliked. The staff were enthusiastic, the receptionists welcoming, and the kitchen team attentive, the hotel was spotless, the food delicious, and the breakfast buffet suited most tastes. I was especially pleased that the owners gave our party a special rate for dining on‑site and even arranged a free karaoke session for some fun performances. I can’t give a perfect ten, but next time I’ll bring another group here and I’m sure they’ll love it as much as we did. One thing that bothered me was learning about the hotel so late; travelers heading to Bãi Cháy, Hạ Long should book early because rooms fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

I liked the location and the quick check‑in and check‑out. The staff were super friendly and helpful, but a late‑night party made it impossible to sleep. Our room, 405, sits next to the lift and isn’t soundproof, so we heard everything outside. Maybe other rooms are better, but I’m not sure.

The staff were very helpful, even arranging an upgrade for my room and adding breakfast to my reservation despite it not being included in my original booking.
