Clean, modern. Plenty of space for two people. The balcony view is nice and the air‑conditioning unit is a big plus. If you read the owner’s instructions carefully step by step, the check‑in goes smoothly. The port is about a 10‑minute walk. The elevator is small; it fits two people and one suitcase at a time, and using it requires a bit of practice.

The location is excellent; the Old Town is nearby, and the airport bus arrives very close by at the port, Molo Beverello. The room offers a beautiful view of the sea and the city. It is equipped with a good refrigerator and an electric kettle. The apartment is clean. The host, Vittoria, is helpful and provided clear instructions for the stay. There is a good grocery store, Grangusto, nearby. The internet connection is very fast! If we return to Naples, we would like to stay at Marina 8. The only thing I didn't like was the double duvet; I would have preferred individual duvets inside duvet covers—one for each person

This is the best apartment I’ve stayed in Naples so far! I’ve been there 4‑5 times. The view of the city centre is amazing, everything is modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was super friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. She let us check in earlier and even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Naples. Highly recommended!

The view is probably the best for this spot and could rival the top hotels; the place is spotless, roomy, and the owner is very responsive. We stayed in room 2, but the toilet and bathroom are separated from the bedroom by a partition instead of a wall, so the smell is audible everywhere. Another issue was the elevator: you need two 20c coins—one to go up, another to go down after check‑out. The host could fix this by putting the keys in a lock box down the alley or at least keeping a 40c coin in a lock box.
